1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for items that meet the following criteria:
✔ The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
✔ The item must be returned in its original packaging with tags attached.
✔ The return request must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
✔ The item must not be marked as a final sale, clearance, or non-returnable item.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2️⃣ Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your request is eligible.
3️⃣ Ship the Item Back: Securely package the item and send it to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4️⃣ Inspection & Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Refund Policy
✔ Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
✔ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
✔ Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for items that:
✔ Have sizing issues (must be unworn and in original condition).
✔ Arrived damaged or defective.
✔ Were received incorrectly due to an order fulfillment mistake.
To request an exchange, please follow the return process and specify that you would like an exchange. We will ship your replacement item once your return has been processed.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
